Terms and Conditions

1. Only items with the link "Add to cart" can be bought online. The price or availability of the goods may change in real time without prior notice. If the Buyer has placed an order before changing the relevant terms, the Buyer shall be bound by the terms of the contract at the time of the order. Stragendo OÜ has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through the e-shop without penalty and not to deliver the ordered goods or to render the service if the goods are out of stock, if the price or characteristics of the goods are displayed incorrectly due to a system error. If the e-shop cannot fulfill the order, the buyer will be contacted and the amount paid will be refunded.


2. The shopping cart page allows the customer to change the contents of the shopping cart. After entering the shipping address and confirming the order, the contents of the shopping cart can no longer be changed and the shopping cart will be emptied of products. Once the contact information is filled in correctly, payment can begin.

3. In the e-shop you can pay for the selected goods:

- by credit card using the PayPal Pte service. Ltd

- by bank payment on the account

- with cash at the Stragendo office

4. After the item has been added to the shopping cart, you can continue browsing for other items or place an order. After you pay for the goods (by bank transfer), you will see an order confirmation on the screen.

5. Orders placed in the Online Store will be processed on the same day as the amount due for the order will be credited to the seller's bank account and the buyer will be contacted no later than the following business day.

6. The goods will be delivered to the delivery address entered in the order at the agreed time, according to the availability of the goods. The goods are only handed over to the buyer. The goods are transferred to a third party only with the agreement of the buyer. The goods will normally be delivered to the buyer within 3 working days of receipt of payment for the order, but not later than 14 days after payment for the order.

7. The cost of delivery by consolidated shipping can be calculated through making an order in your personal account.  General conditions of carriage of part-loads:

  • Delivery is on weekdays and during business hours
  • Delivery is mainly done by trucks
  • The goods are unloaded with the customer
  • On-site loader is required to unload heavy packages
  • The exact time of delivery is not predictable as the route of the truck will be calculated on the day of the transport order.
  • If the place of unloading is unsuitable for the truck, it will be unloaded at the nearest car park or petrol station
  • Shipping costs are calculated individually
  • It is necessary to inspect the goods on site, make sure of their quality
  • If upon receipt of the order, it is not possible to contact the client, the shipping cost will be revised upwards.

8. After paying for the goods or making them to order, the customer must pick up the order within 5 business days. If the goods paid or made to order are in the warehouse for more than 5 working days, from the 6th working day the lease of storage space is charged - 1 euro + km / 0.1 m3 of products per day.

9. The consumer shall have 14 days in which to inform the seller of his wish to withdraw from the contract and request a refund of any amount paid. Purchased goods cannot be returned if the goods ordered are manufactured to the consumer's personal needs. Returned goods must not have been used and must be in their original conditions and in original packaging.

10. To return the goods, send an email to [email protected]. The message must contain the following information: Refund Application, the item to be returned, the order number, and the bank account where the money will be returned. The amount paid for the goods shall be refunded to the buyer's bank account immediately, but no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawal is received by the seller.

11. The buyer has the right to complain about the defective goods and to return the goods. In the case of defective goods, the consumer shall have the right to complain to the seller. The complaint must be lodged immediately, but no later than two months after the discovery of the defect. The consumer should definitely keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) that prove that the goods have been purchased from Stagendo OÜ e-shop. Without proof of sale, the seller may not resolve the issue.

12. Complaints about goods or services purchased from the e-shop must be forwarded to: Stragendo OÜ, Suur-Sõjamäe põik 9, 11415 Tallinn, Eesti, or to the e-mail address: [email protected] The goods can also be returned to the above address.

13. In the case of defective goods, the consumer shall be entitled to:

  • Replacement with new goods.
  • Request a reduction in the purchase price or withdrawal from the contract if: - the seller is unable to replace the product.

The Seller shall not be liable for defective goods caused by improper use or damage of the goods.
