Returns

If you are a consumer and wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you may send Stragendo OÜ an unequivocal statement of withdrawal or use the form below.

The withdrawal notice should be sent to stragendo@stragendo.ee.

Please use the following email subject: RETURN.

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to standard goods to the extent provided for by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to products manufactured to order or manufactured or customised according to the Buyer’s individual dimensions or specifications. It also does not apply to products that have been processed, cut, sanded, oiled, lacquered, installed or otherwise modified after receipt where such an exception is permitted by applicable law.

Standard goods being returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and must have been stored appropriately.

The Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, including transportation costs, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
